Office Policies

We are a referral based practice. We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible after receiving a referral from your general dentist. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you the same day. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. If you have questions regarding your account, please contact us at 707-527-9170. Many times, a simple telephone call will clear any misunderstandings.

Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage. Payment is due at the time of service.

In our office, we offer high quality care and payment options that work for all of our
patients. We accept all PPO and Premier Insurances and will file claims on your
behalf. We are contracted with Redwood Health Services, and we participate in
the Careington network, an umbrella which several insurance companies fall
under.

As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please
keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for
the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be.
Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.

We will send you a monthly statement. Most insurance companies will respond
within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect
your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your
insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
